CrossLend is a B2B FinTech company with a mission to make the European debt ecosystem more efficient, transparent and profitable. We provide securitisation as a service, transforming loans into notes on a portfolio or 1 loan:1 note basis. Our innovative securitisation setup allows investors to build diversified portfolios of loans (via notes) at a pan-European level, while enjoying greater risk transparency. Your role & responsibilities:

- Providing outstanding executive support through administration duties such as managing the CEO's day-to-day schedule and arranging meetings with potential clients, industry professionals, business partners and investors

- Serving as the administrative point of contact for outside industry professionals

- Ensuring the CEO has all the necessary information to be able to efficiently manage meetings

- Organising travel for management

- Working closely with the executive project manager by performing the groundwork on accounting tasks (such as filing, preparing invoices and credit card settlement); providing support in preparing payroll

- Overseeing office maintenance and the purchase of the office equipment 

- Overseeing reception and welcoming guests

- Liaising with facility management vendors, including cleaners, catering and security services

- Organising and overseeing office operations. You will partner with HR to update and maintain office policies where necessary and generally ensure the business runs smoothly

The candidate


Our ideal match:

- 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or personal assistant 

- Full fluency in German and English

- Excellent verbal and communication skills

- Strong project management and organisational skills befitting a fast-paced environment

- Extreme diligence and 'one step ahead' mentality

- Excellent time management sills and ability to multitask and prioritise work

- Experience with a range of of office software (email tools, spreadsheets and databases and overall strong IT knowledge)

- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)

- Accounting software knowledge not necessary; experience with StarMoney business software a plus

- Finance industry experience a plus
