Project Manager (Junior to Mid-level)
Location: Cwmbran, NP44 3AB (with flexibility)
Salary: £22,000 - £30,000 + company benefits

How can you contribute to our success?
Our projects team are critical to the success of our business. You will work at the forefront of customer activity, managing engagements and projects. Starting with smaller engagements you will piece together workshops, proof of concepts and design phases with Microsoft funded projects in key areas such as Enterprise Mobility and Security, Identity and CIAM with project values ranging from £5k- £100k.
You will work closely with internal technical teams to attend customer meetings and take ownership of delivery from start to finish. Over time, as your skills and experience grow so will the size and complexity of the projects and teams you are responsible for.
Enjoy working in a close-knit team with a bespoke development plan in place detailing your move from small to larger projects and Junior to Project Manager to Senior Project Manager. There is no ceiling as to what you can achieve so if you have the drive, we can help you get there!
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who above all possesses our company values but can also demonstrate the following:
• A degree (or equivalent) ideally in Computer or Business-related subject.
• Experience working within a projects environment whether it be project support, project co-ordinator or a Junior Project Manager.
• Previous experience working within a technology business, ideally with Microsoft technologies such as security or identity management.
• Good understanding of project management principles, methodologies and deliverables.
• Good understanding of software such as excel, word and Microsoft project.
• Good communications skills and the ability to talk to different audiences.
• To really stand out – perhaps you have or are working towards a Prince 2 Foundation or Agile/ SCRUM certifications.
