Opportunity description

Employment: Permanent

Location: Cwmbran (with flexibility) 

Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 + company benefits 

Join an organisation who are leading the way in Identity, Access Management & Security mobility and Microsoft Gold Partner of choice. As our Cloud Support Analyst, you will be responsible for the operational support of multiple customer Microsoft-based solutions and applications with a key focus on Cloud Security and its associated technologies as well as internal support within the business. We are not necessarily looking for “the finished article”, instead look for those who are passionate about cloud and security and have a natural curiosity for problem solving. We love the idea of someone who have self-taught such tech and simply want to know more.

What does a typical day look like? Our support team are central to everything we do and work with all our specialist areas in the business; where you will focus on Enterprise Mobility Solutions & Security. You will be responsible for: 

·Dealing with incoming requests working towards 100% fix rate without escalation 

·Get your teeth into complex and detailed tasks related to your subject area 

·Working with core projects in the business and supporting the internal IT teams

The candidate

This role would be ideal for someone who can demonstrate the following:

·A passion and some exposure to Cloud and security technologies, especially Office365 and Azure

·A recent graduate or school leaver who has studied and obtained a qualification in a similar subject area ie. Computer Science, Cyber Security

·An understanding of the following cloud components: Azure Active Directory Connect (AADC), Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Azure Active Directory (AAD), Azure Active Directory Premium (AAD P1 & P2), Intune, Office 365 ATP, Advance Threat Analytics and more.
