Digital Profile is free to use (forever for individuals), with subscriptions for advanced features (refer to Subscriber Agreement). The high one-off fees used by recruiters encourage poor practice. Through transparent and fair pricing and a model that promotes high-quality matching, we want to make it faster, smoother and easier to find the right opportunity for you.

We strive to build privacy respectful services that helps you create the career you want now and in the future - central element within our mission. We want to make everything transparent and usable.

We want to achieve our mission in the most Ethical way possible and challenge current industry approaches, such as how the Data (CV) is retained/used as people are contacted months or even years later.

How do we go about this

  1. All business have to be approved on our platform, this is to ensure that no recruitment agencies are able to use this, even if they wanted to pay.
  2. An individual can share their profile (data) with anyone by creating a share link, which can then be shared. You can then remove this link…

  1. We won't use any of your data for marketing (unless you have consented) or sell to a third party.
  2. We set your profile as private when you first set it up, controlling the status of your profile (CV)- You can change this at any time.
    1. Private - No one can see this, you don't appear in any Talent pool or search
    2. Public - You are open on the platform and internet (check)
    3. Incognito - You appear in searches but personal details name, location, pictures are removed or replaced with a default one. Employers then need to request access to see your, you can approve and reject this.

As soon as you arrive on Digital Profile we are collecting data, some of which you can opt-out of and some which you can't (see cookie policy).

As a company, we make every effort to use your data and relevant analytics to improve how information is presented. Below are examples of how we will use your data.

We want to make developing a Career or finding the best Talent easier. Finding a new job is time-consuming and can be deflating. If you are happy in your role/career and just want some development, this can also be challenging. Our aim is to automate most of this work - Making it better for you. We do this by profiling your data.

Individual

All data you provide is kept until you ask us to remove your account. We have a soft delete and your profile is retrievable for 20 days incase you change your mind. If you don't, we then delete your profile and data.

Note - Any system generates data is retained and cant be linked back to the individual. For example, if you applied for a job we retain which jobs, how many, which stage - none of this can be traced back to an individual after deletion.

Sharing your data

We will never sell any of your personal data to any third party.

We may share your data with other companies in Our group and supporting services. This includes:

  • Our subsidiaries AND/OR Our holding company and its subsidiaries.
  • Professional service providers, such as marketing agencies, advertising partners and website hosts, who help us run our business
  • Credit reference agencies, law enforcement and fraud prevention agencies, so we can help tackle fraud

We use a number of third parties from hosting to communication with customers. Where we have to share data in order to improve/ enhance the customer experience we only work with companies who align to our Ethics, for examples we don't use google for analytics, instead we have opted to use Mattamo

You have the right not to be subject to a decision - including profiling - when it is based on the automated processing of your personal information and it has a legal effect or a similarly significant effect on you.
